In my experience as a website designer, one of the biggest areas of confusion with my clients is centred around ‘hosting’. I bet there are a few website novices out there who don’t know that there are essentially two types of hosting required to get your website up and running. It really can be quite confusing, compounded by the fact that some individual companies can provide both hosting services, while others don’t (for valid reasons). Furthermore, there are third party agencies that can really throw a spanner in the works.
