All our websites are built using WordPress or Shopify (for some eCommerce sites). WordPress offers a user-friendly interface and has a wide range of themes and plugins. Using the WordPress CMS, you can add or edit content, upload images, manage blog posts, and make basic design changes without extensive technical knowledge. However, it’s important to discuss this requirement with your web design agency (that’s us) to ensure we take into consideration your future editing requirements and technical abilities. We will build your website in a way that aligns with your needs and can provide proper training and support if necessary.

It depends upon the size and complexity of your website. We like to provide our clients with a fast turnaround and can complete simple single page sites in as little as a week and for more complex custom sites expect 4-12 weeks. When we have our initial chat we will determine when you need your website completed and advise what timeline is possible, so you’ll know from day one how long your site will take to build. The reality is, the quicker we can determine your needs and you can provide the content requested, the quicker we can build your website!

Using WordPress means you can have as many pages as you like although our package prices are based on a Landing Page where we display all the content you need on one page. Here is a great example of a single page site we build – Parella Painting . 

You can definitley add more pages and before we commence we can give you an exact quote on what your website will cost. It’s also good to remember one of the major benefits of using WordPress is that it will grow with your business which means you can start with a single landing page and then as your business grows add more pages.

The prices listed above are based on a templated landing page (single page) website, similar to this one. We’ve found that many startups simply need a straightforward webpage to showcase essential information: who you are, what you do, why choose you, and how to contact you. This can all be effectively displayed on a landing page, which can even resemble a full site with anchor tags throughout (we handle that side of things). If you find you need more pages, just let us know, and we’ll provide pricing before proceeding.

Templated Site: You’ll have access to a wide variety of templates to choose from. To stay within budget, we recommend selecting a template that closely reflects your brand/style. We can customise all images and text content to align with your brand, and make some adjustments to fonts and colors as needed. However, it’s best to choose a template that closely aligns with your brand to minimise customiation. If you do need something very unique and want special features we suggest our custom website design.

To customise your template, we will need:

Content supplied. We will advise text requirements for your pages along with images needed.

A copy of your logo (png and jpg). If you don’t have one, we suggest getting the branding package.

This can be provided using our shared Google Drive folder and Google or Word Document.

If you do not have your own images we can leave in the templated images or we can source stock images and a cost of $15 per image will apply.

Once your website is launched, it’s important to have ongoing support and maintenance to keep it secure, up to date, and functioning properly. Once your new website is complete, we’ll recommend hosting options for you. Hosting starts from around $17 per month and a variety of options available depending on what your site needs. Don’t worry, we’ll help you get it hosted and choose the right package!

You will need to have a domain name. If you don’t have one, we can organise it for you but we recommend YOU OWN your own domain name.
